If you let with Southwest Holiday Cottages your cottage will appear free on our internet sites and in our brochure which is mailed to thousands of holidaymakers every year from our extensive database.
Below is listed a brief guide to our services.
1/ There is no joining fee and commission is based on a per week let basis.
2/ There is no exclusive right of letting, the owner of the cottage being free to take as many bookings as he wishes.
3/ Rental prices for the cottage are agreed between ourselves and the cottage owner.
4/ Payments are made to the cottage owner in advance, at the end of every month, a checked statement of the season’s transactions being sent at the end of the year.
5/ As we work on a commission basis only your success is our success.
