A higher standard & attractive 18th century detached stone cottage in a quieter country setting just outside Nanpean village, under 2 miles from St Stephen village and 5 miles to St Austell, Cornwall. Beaches at Pentewan Sands and Charlestown are approx 8 miles. The Eden Project is approx 6 miles. The Queens Head pub in St Stephen village is approx 1 mile and provides good food. This is a lovely cottage on a country side lane with a good size enclosed rear garden. Dating from 1795 the cottage, originally a farmhouse, retains character features such as the feature fireplace with clome oven.
