A fabulous high standard semi-detached country house just outside Roche village, 5 miles from St Austell, Cornwall. Only 10 miles from Newquay. Carlyon Bay lovely beaches near St Austell are 7 miles. The Eden Project is 7 miles. A spacious house, built in 2003, one of three country properties grouped together and enjoying lovely country views. Roche village has a country style Inn (The Rock Inn- food, beer garden, enterainment), a few shops and takeaways (chinese etc). An attraction are the two donkeys in adjoining field, the donkey stable is just visible in photo (field and donkeys owned by owner of the house, who lives in the village). A good size front lawn as visible on left of photo, with access to house by longish driveway so away from main road traffic. Patio doors lead from the living area onto a decked patio with garden furniture, overlooking a small duckpond and field.

Accommodation

Bedroom 1 is downstairs having 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and washbasin. In the modern style, a large open plan living area with a T.V & DVD. The kitchen area has a microwave and electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Shower room (downstairs) having a shower, washbasin and toiletr.

Non-smoking. Off road parking space in front of house for 2 cars & other parking area. No pets.
