’Trevern Bungalow’ is a higher standard detached bungalow situated just outside St Merryn Village, 3 miles from Padstow, Cornwall. Only 2 miles from superb beaches at Harlyn, with many other good beaches such as Trevone & Tregarne within 3 miles. This is probably the best stretch of beaches in Cornwall, with a magnificent coastline. Padstow is a delightful fishing village, now more widely known courtesy of the T.V. Chef Rick Stein who has a fish restaurant in the village. Mackerel fishing trips available from Padstow & there is a ferry which will take you across the estuary to the beaches at Rock. The little village of St Merryn has good pubs, cafes & shops. A few minutes walk to an Indian restaurant which also has a small bar above. Situated in an area of lovely countryside and has a good size enclosed surrounding lawn. The rear lawn has a picnic table and chairs.

Bedroom 1 has 1 single bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Roomy open plan living area with T.V. and DVD. Kitchen area has electric cooker, microwave, washing machine & fridge. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet & washbasin.

Parking on lane outside for several cars (plenty of room). No pets.

Facilities

Easy to keep warm as double glazed with wall fitted off peak electric convector heaters in bedrooms and lounge/diner. Lounge/diner also has an economy 7 night storage heater & electric fire. Electric by key meter (charged through local shop in St Merryn).
