A large detached luxury house in Falmouth, West Cornwall. A super position in a residential street being approximately a 25 minutes walk to Gyllyngvase large sandy beach. A 15 minutes stroll to Falmouth’s town shops. Falmouth is one of Cornwall’s premier resorts situated at the mouth of a beautiful estuary with a lovely harbour packed with sailing boats & sandy beaches. Many local attractions: Maritime Museum, sailing, sea fishing, Pendennis Castle, Penjerrick Gardens, River Fal boat trips, sports centre with swimming pool, etc. Good size attractive and very private enclosed rear garden with barbecue area, garden furniture.

Bedroom 1 has 1 King size double bed (a premium continental style double bed having 2 single mattresses arranged tightly together, designed to provide better comfort than a single double mattress), a T.V. & an en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. 1 full size fold up single bed available for either of the 2 larger bedrooms or the lounge. Kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob,fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine. Spin dryer. Lounge with colour T.V. and video. Sun conservatory overlooking rear garden. Downstairs shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet.
